As our Door Host, you will be the primary point of contact for all guests visiting our venue, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience from the moment they arrive.


  • Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm, maintaining a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  • Scan tickets and process payments accurately and efficiently upon entry, following venue protocols and best practices.
  • Provide helpful information to guests regarding events, seating, and venue amenities.
  • Monitor guest flow to maintain a safe and organized entrance area.
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns courteously and professionally.
  • Collaborate with security and other staff members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest service.


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately.
  • Customer service experience in a hospitality or entertainment setting preferred.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.


Fridays & Saturdays from 10:00 PM until 2:00 AM.
